Delete your Rarium account
Rarium is a collectibles cataloging app published by Storm Peaks Digital. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, without contacting us first.

If you have a subscription, cancel it first. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions, or billing continues.
What is deleted
- Your account — name, email address and profile picture link
- Every collection and item you have cataloged
- Every photo you uploaded
- Your AI usage history, achievements, valuation history and active sessions
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Any remaining credits, free or purchased, are forfeited and are not refundable. Nothing can be recovered afterwards.
What is kept, and why
Two technical records survive deletion. Both are described in the privacy policy.
- A one-way hash of your sign-in identifier — not your email or name. It exists only so the one-time free allowance cannot be reset by deleting and re-creating an account. It cannot be reversed to identify you or used to contact you, and it is retained for as long as the free tier exists.
- The Google Play purchase token, if you ever bought credits — an opaque string issued by Google, kept so the same payment cannot be redeemed twice. Its order number and its link to you are removed at deletion.
Other ways to delete
In the app: tap your avatar → Profile → Delete account…, then confirm.
By email: write to [email protected] from the Google address on the account, subject "Account deletion request". We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.
